Life running in the dessert

Gear

The gear that you run with/in is another big factor in running, in many cases, can be the make or break of your run. Products can help people in many different ways, and the best way to experiment with gear during your training runs. Its usually not a good idea to try out a new product on race day or during your race. Mostly because you will not know how you would react to the product. So I really emphasize on experimenting and trying things out. Most gear reviews that are done are sometimes bias and their own opinion. So if a product works well for them, doesn't necessarily mean that it'll work for everybody. And many people get caught up here, thinking that the shoe that Ryan Hall runs with will make you a better runner. At times that can be true, but really, you would have to try it out and see if it works for you. And I'll explain more about that in later posts about gear to train and run races in.
